What is Close Friends?

Launched May 2021, Fresh Sensibility is a newsletter by me, Erica Marrison. (I am currently taking a hiatus from publishing the newsletter, but it will be back in 2022).

At times analytical, others playful, my intention in writing here is twofold: to hone my voice as a young writer and hopeful editor, and to offer a contemporary perspective on culture in whatever form that may take. I hope that this newsletter can be reflective of the many expansive, intersecting, and often contradictory dimensions involved in living a life.
